Liquid IV is my go-to ever since I first tried it a few years ago. I've tried a bunch of hydration products before, but none compare to Liquid IV. Liquid IV offers a huge variety of unique flavors including but not limited to passion fruit, firecracker and cotton candy (some of my favs). But more importantly, it really works. After a workout or a night out, I can feel myself bouncing back way quicker than before. Drinking one of these before going out at night and drinking also helps reduce/eliminate the hangover (in my opinion).

What's cool is that it's not just about taste, it's about science too. They've nailed the formula with the perfect mix of electrolytes and vitamins. I swear, I feel the difference almost instantly after chugging one down.

Another thing I love about Liquid IV is the convenience of the packets. I throw them in my bag or keep them in my desk for whenever I need a boost. Also, I can take it on a plane with me and just add it to any water for it to instantly taste better (even if I’m in a city with gross tap water).
